Authentication is done through your browser via your login and password settings thus your emails become visible to you wherever you happen to be - an airport, internet cafe, client site etc. You will be able to view the emails and their attachments, make changes to the document or email and send it on. From another location, you can retrieve the same email or document and make further changes as necessary. At all times, the latest version of the document or email is always available to your organisation's personnel.
